At the Estadio Municipal Carlos Tartiere, Madrid took control with two goals from Mbappé and one from Vinícius Júnior. Mbappé opened the scoring in the 37th minute, giving Madrid an early lead. In the 83rd minute, he doubled the advantage with his second goal, sealing Madrid’s dominance.
In injury time, Vinícius Júnior added a third goal, ensuring a comfortable 3-0 win for Madrid.
With this victory, Madrid moved to the top of the La Liga standings, securing 6 points from two matches. Oviedo, still without points from the same number of games, remains in 19th place.
