Kathmandu, Feb 23: The match between Nepal and Myanmar under the International Women’s Championship played at the Dasharath Stadium on Sunday ended on a 2-2 draw.
In the last match of the league stage, both the teams made two goals in the first half. But, neither the team scored in the second half.
The team Myanmar scored the first goal in the sixth and seventeenth minutes while Nepal scored in the eleventh and fourteenth minutes.
Nepal’s Sabitra Bhandari and Priti Rai contributed one each for the team Nepal.
Earlier, Nepal and Myanmar had defeated Lebanon and Kyrgyzstan. The final match will be played on Wednesday between Nepal and Myanmar.
