Kathmandu, Sept 13: President Ramchandra Paudel has dissolved the House of Representatives, the lower House of the federal parliament, upon the recommendation of Prime Minister Sushila Karki. It is effective from 11:00pm Friday.
According to a press release issued by the Office of the President, date for the next election to the HoR is fixed for March 5, 2026.
