Kathmandu, July 16 – The Red Cross Society of China has provided USD 100,000 in emergency humanitarian assistance to support disaster relief efforts in Nepal’s Rasuwa district.
During a handover ceremony on Wednesday, Chinese Ambassador to Nepal Chen Song presented the donation to the Nepal Red Cross Society on behalf of the Chinese humanitarian organization.
In his remarks, Ambassador Chen expressed China’s deep sympathy and solidarity with the people affected by the recent disaster. He also reaffirmed China’s continued commitment to supporting Nepal in times of crisis.
