Jhapa, March, 7: Senior leader of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), Balen Shah, has been elected from Jhapa Constituency No. 5, defeating Chair of the CPN-UML, KP Sharma Oli.
According to the vote count, Shah secured 68,348 votes to claim victory, while Oli received 18,724 votes.
