Kathmandu, Jan 11: Former Prime Minister Jhalanath Khanal has said that all Nepalis should unite for the nation’s territorial indivisibility, peace, progress and prosperity.
In a message on the occasion of 303rd Birth Anniversary of King Prithvi Narayan Shah and National Unity Day today, Khanal said that the nation’s sovereignty and nationality should be further strengthened.
In his message, Khanal has recalled the contributions of great warriors in building a modern Nepal.
Wishing for the good health, peace and happiness of all Nepalis at home and abroad, Khanal stated that Nepal has stood as a sovereign, indivisible and independent, and a multi-ethnic, multi-lingual, multi-cultural and multi-religious nation as a result of the gallantry of our brave ancestors who united the small principalities.
