Kathmandu October, 31: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane has said that no one is above the Constitution and democracy.
Speaking to journalists after the party’s secretariat meeting at its central office on Saturday, Lamichhane said that anyone involved in activities that undermine the Constitution and democratic values must be held accountable and face punishment.
He said the RSP was clear that the Constitution and democracy must remain supreme, adding that those responsible for undermining them must take responsibility for their actions.
“Nothing is above the Constitution, and nothing is greater than democracy. No one is above them. The RSP is clear on this, and so am I,” Lamichhane said.
