Kathmandu: Nepali Congress President Gagan Kumar Thapa is scheduled to deliver a special address on contemporary issues on Sunday.
According to Acting Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Dulal, Thapa will address the gathering at the party’s central office at 2:00 PM. Dulal has urged concerned individuals to attend the programme.
