Kathmandu, Sept 10: Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Sobita Gautam, has said the government is seriously working to remove legal and policy-level barriers.
In a meeting of the Law, Justice and Human Rights Committee under the House of Representatives (HoR) today, the Minister said legal confusions were realised in the implementation of some decisions and verdicts, echoing the need for clarity.
She also stressed the need to implement verdicts as per the spirit of federalism. The Minister said that a study is underway through the High-Level Law Reform Committee to bring about necessary improvements in the enforcement of court verdicts.
