Kathmandu, Aug 26: The Armed Police Force (APF)’s border outpost in Timure is safe, but the police team on duty has gone out of contact following a sudden flood in the Bhote Koshi River in Rasuwa.
APF’s joint spokesperson Shailendra Thapa said that a sudden and huge flood has occurred in the Bhotekoshi and it is estimated that there has been a massive damage in the Timure area.
“The BOP in Timure is safe, but we haven’t been able to get in touch with the team on duty,” he said. Spokesperson Thapa informed that efforts are being made to contact the police teams in the affected area and understand the situation.
