Kathmandu, June 12: The Nepali Congress (NC) has extended the deadline to receive the party’s active membership. The party had given the deadline to get the active membership until last midnight.
Issuing a notice earlier today, the NC stated that the deadline to obtain active membership has been extended until further notice.
So far, only 538,622 party members received the active membership online out of the total 782,209 eligible members of the NC.
Likewise, 149,309 members have submitted their updated forms to get the active membership. The active membership of the NC gets updated through the ward president, the party stated.
