FC Barcelona crowned La Liga Champions after victory over Real Madrid

FC Barcelona clinched the La Liga title after defeating arch-rivals Real Madrid 2-0 on Sunday night, sealing the championship with three matches still remaining in the season.

Playing at Spotify Camp Nou, Barcelona delivered a dominant performance in El Clásico as Marcus Rashford and Ferran Torres found the back of the net for the hosts.

Rashford opened the scoring in the ninth minute with a stunning free-kick, giving Barcelona an early advantage. Just nine minutes later, Torres doubled the lead after finishing a well-worked move assisted by Dani Olmo.

Despite several chances in the second half, neither side managed to add to the scoreline as Barcelona comfortably secured a 2-0 victory.

With the win, Barcelona moved to the top of the table with 91 points from 35 matches, while Real Madrid remained second with 77 points from the same number of games.
