Kathmandu, March 21: The Ujyaalo Nepal Party has congratulated government saying safe landing of the country from difficult circumstances was possible under leadership of Prime Minister Sushila Karki.
Visiting Prime Minister Karki at Baluwatar on Saturday, a delegation led by party Chairperson Kul Man Ghising congratulated her saying peaceful election was possible due to her commitment.
The delegation praised the government, saying holding the election in a peaceful, impartial and fear-free environment taking all into confidence at a time when there was doubt about election is not a minor thing.
“We extend gratitude and congratulated Prime Minister Sushila Karki for completing responsibility of providing political stability to the country by holding the election successfully playing the leadership role in challenging circumstances”, said Ghising.
He argued, “The country has been safely landed. I am very happy. At such important moment in history, I also got opportunity to work in this government for some time. I will work for the nation though I was not elected to the member of the House of Representatives.”
Similarly, Prime Minister Karki lauded for Ujyaalo Nepal Party’s support participating in the election process.
On the occasion, the delegation put forth the demands before PM Karki that incorporate security of Nepalis, who are in gulf countries, and release of the report of Gauri Bahadur Karki-led Commission.
