Kathmandu, Feb, 13: The newly appointed Chinese Ambassador to Nepal, Chang Maoming, has arrived in Kathmandu to assume his official responsibilities.
Ambassador Chang arrived in Nepal on Friday. He was appointed to the post in early January and previously served as Deputy Director-General of the Asian Affairs Department at the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
A familiar figure in Nepal’s political and diplomatic circles, Chang is expected to play a key role in advancing bilateral relations between Nepal and China.
