Agency, November 24: Eberechi Eze’s stunning hat-trick inspired Arsenal to a comfortable victory in the English Premier League. In the match played on Sunday night, the Gunners defeated Tottenham Hotspur 4–1 at the Emirates Stadium.
Leandro Trossard opened the scoring in the 36th minute, giving Arsenal an early advantage. Eze doubled the lead in the 41st minute as Mikel Arteta’s side ended the first half 2–0 ahead.
Right after the start of the second half, Eze netted his second goal, pushing Arsenal firmly towards victory. Tottenham pulled one back in the 55th minute through Richarlison, reducing the deficit to 3–1. However, Eze struck again in the 76th minute to complete his hat-trick and seal a commanding 4–1 win for Arsenal.
With this victory, Arsenal move to the top of the Premier League table with 29 points from 12 matches. Tottenham, with 18 points from the same number of games, drop to ninth place.
