KATHMANDU, Dec 12: Sichuan Airlines is scheduled to operate a chartered flight to Chengdu-Pokhara on December 26.
Information Officer of Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) Gyanendra Bhul said, “Sichuan Airlines is set to operate a chartered flight to Pokhara on December 26, bringing Chinese tourists.”
After disembarking the passengers in Pokhara, the aircraft will fly to Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA). The flight will then proceed with its regular route from Kathmandu to Chengdu.
Earlier, a chartered Sichuan Airlines flight from Kunming, China, arrived in Pokhara on November 7, bringing guests and participants of the 3rd International Mountain Cross-country Race in Pokhara.
