Bajura, June 6: At least 32 shops were gutted in a fire that broke out at Bamkabazaar in Budhiganga Municipality-6 in Bajura district on Friday afternoon.
The fire occurred after a leakage in a gas cylinder from a tea shop at Bamkabazaar, Police Inspector Dev Chaudhary said.
Property worth millions is estimated to have destroyed in the fire as almost all shops in the area gutted to cinder, it is said.
Fibre internet services and power supply to the area have been disrupted from the fire.
The fire was doused with the help of local residents and security forces.
